Fri, November 9, 2007 - 4:22 PMI'm equally excited!!! I'm going to Portland-Seattle-Vancouver next week and giddy as a little school girl!!!
AND
I did notice the Boognish stickers on the guy's laptop on Bionic Woman. I've been trying to get into the show, and seeing the Ween laptop definitely added to my interest. I wonder if Gene and Dean know they got a plug on NBC. I also wonder if that laptop will be used throughout the series?
You are going to have so much fun tonight and tomorrow! Yeeeeaaaaayyy!!!! -

Re: Eieieieiei!! I can't waaaaaaaait!
Fri, November 9, 2007 - 8:04 PMJust Portland and Seattle for me this time. Haven't seen them since seeing Bellingham and Seattle on the aborted "rehab" tour. B-ham was the worst ween show I've ever seen, Seattle was the best (maybe tied with the country seattle show). I heard that the Oregon and Reno shows on the last west coast tour were good, but didn't go. I guess I have low expectations even though it's my favorite band, since Friends sucked except for I got to put the hammer down and I made the choice to not get La Cucaracha before the show so it would be brand new. My fellow seattle weenies are all panning the cockroach, though. My friend from Arizona thought that Tucson was so-so and that the new songs still were flat live.
There's a great interview with deaner on the onion AV club, check it out. he's turning into a grouchy old man, and you have to love that.

Sun, November 11, 2007 - 8:13 PMSF rocked. It was great to see so many people in the crowd were already familiar with the songs from Cucaracha. Own Bare Hands, Learning to Love, Fiesta, Shamemaker all got great responses.
Own Bare Hands....people went nuts.

Sun, November 11, 2007 - 11:58 PMCucaracha is becoming one of my favorite albums. The Warfield show was off the fucking hook. One of the best, as far as I'm concerned. I'd put it right under last eyar's Red Rocks show personally. -
